Hi There! My name is Jacob. I'm a freelancer, digital nomad. Born in '97 - Generation Z.

I am self-taught and like tinkering - DIY projects.

My lifelong adventure with computers and electronics started when I was about 8 years old. One day my hands were holding the magazine CHIP Special "Music from a Computer" from September 2000. I saw a lot of waveforms, characteristics and waveforms there - and that's how it all started, along with my curiosity. Since I already had access to a computer at such a young age - a single-core Pentium III processor - I filled my dad's entire hard drive with various software. I liked Fruity Loops version 2.5.4 - now known as FL Studio - during this time I followed its development, learning all possible effects and sound generators. The DAW I mainly use right now is FL Studio.

During school, I always had the highest grades in IT (A's).

In the last year of primary school I was already creating simple programs in old Visual Basic.

Electronics is my passion and in 2016 I received the professional certificate of Technician-Electronics

I design, manufacture and repair electronic devices, including studio and stage equipment.

Throughout my childhood and adolescence I got to know various graphic programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign..., editors like Sony Vegas, Premiere, After Effects, Cinema 4D...

In 2018 I started working as a service technician for a TV and satellite equipment store. I learned in practice how to quickly diagnose and repair electronic devices.

During my 2.5-year job, I learned how to manage the service and equipment - service logistics. I also learned how to solder BGA chips.

When performing services, I approach each order individually. When working with sound, each project is a different new experience.

Outside of work it's sports - gym, swimming pool and cycling, and healthy eating - that's my lifestyle. I'm an excellent driver of small and large cars and motorbikes up to 350cc.

I have been living in Asia for 3 years now. I have visited countries such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia and Thailand...
